The Last Gas Station is a cozy co-op shop management sim where you and your friend can run an old gas station in the wilderness. In a world dominated by electric vehicles, you’re running one of the last fossil-fueled relics out in the middle of nowhere. Stock shelves, set prices, pump gas, and try to build a little trade empire. Oh, and the previous owner vanished under mysterious circumstances, so there’s a lingering “do not go outside at night” warning that keeps things pleasantly unsettling.
Later this year you’ll be able to put all your shop trade management skills into a new environment – a ski resort. Play as a new hero, a raccoon and turn a quick roadside pit stop into a popular winter resort where tourists come to spend their holidays. This opens up a whole new world of inventory, services and customers.
The Last Gas Station: Winter Resort launches on November 18, 2026, on PC via Steam. Ready to wishlist now.
From Gas Pumps to Gondolas

You may be killing it as the only gas station mogul in the outback, but running a winter ski resort is going to be a whole other kettle of fish. Instead of serving travellers of the grab-and-go variety, you’re building a destination where tourists actually stay. This involves making the grounds beautiful, providing entertainment and looking after the wellbeing of your guests.
Some of the new winter services include clearing the snow off the grounds, converting the store’s back rooms into a rental counter and a diner, building an ice rink, and carving ski runs into the nearby slopes. Grow your infrastructure to draw more tourists and keep the place running through the harshest winter.
The Last Gas Station: Winter Resort brings a serious upgrade to the original game’s gameplay loop. You’re still doing the familiar chores—working the register, restocking the store, keeping the pumps running for the few holdouts who haven’t gone electric. But now you’re also clearing snow, building an ice rink, carving ski runs into the nearby slopes, and organising guided winter tours. Expand and upgrade your new services and keep them in good repair, so the resort grows more appealing and can host more vacationers.
Management Gets (Slightly) More Chaotic

If you thought keeping a single gas station profitable was tricky, try running a resort. Winter Resort leans harder into management mechanics. Facilities need maintenance, equipment breaks down, and snow isn’t going to shovel itself. The real kicker is power infrastructure. As you add more amenities, your electricity demands spike. You’ll need to expand your grid to keep the lights on and the ski lifts moving.
One thing that’s going to help is the DLC introducing automated helpers. Once you’ve got spare energy, you can bring in bots to handle cleaning, restocking, and guest assistance. It’s the classic “build an empire, then automate the boring parts” loop that makes management sims so dangerously addictive.
The Last Gas Station: Winter Resort

Years have passed. Another winter has come to the gas station, and with it, new room to grow. Return to familiar ground as a new hero, a raccoon, and see how much has changed. Turn a quick roadside pit stop into a popular winter resort where tourists come to spend their holidays!
The Last Gas Station: Winter Resort hits Steam on November 18, 2026. You’ll need the base game to play, so if you haven’t checked in on the old station yet, now’s the time.
