Moonlight Peaks is a farming and life supernatural vampire sim where you play as the new vampire in town. Raise mystical crops, learn spell-casting and potion-making, and befriend – or even romance – the local werewolves, witches, and mermaids. Throughout the year, the town of Moonlight Peaks transforms for seasonal festivals, from the annual Spring Loveage Festival to the Winterwake Festival at the end of the year.
Each festival contains a unique activity, items and rewards. In this guide, we’ll go through all the festivals in Moonlight Peaks.
Spring
Loveage Festival: Spring 20-21

The Loveage Festival is Moonlight Peak’s answer to Valentine’s Day, where everyone in town shows their love to one another. Hosted by Llemi the Love Demon, you can participate in this event by crafting special Loveage gifts to show the people in your life how much they mean to you.
During the festival, you’ll be able to participate in the floral station, a potluck-style banquet, as well as a gift booth that sells love-themed decor.
Bouquet Station

Participate in Flowering Arranging with the town’s very own nature witch – Luna. In this booth, you’ll be able to create a custom bouquet utilising a variety of flowers. To make your own bouquet, talk to Luna and select what blooms you’d like to make your flower arrangement.
Each flower costs a different amount and comes in a variety of shades according to its type. You’ll be able to choose from Blue, Pink, Purple, Red, Yellow, White or Black.

Secret Admirer Gift Exchange

Talk to Llemi on the first day of the Loveage Festival to select up to 3 people to give a gift to. Choose them on the first day of the Festival and then give them the gifts the next day. If you have 3 gifts you’d like to give, you will have to talk with him 3 times to get them all out. You can’t go past 3, so make sure those gifts count!
The Secret Admirer Gift Exchange automatically begins the next morning, on Spring Day 21, when you enter town. There is a cutscene of Llemi announcing it’s time for the exchange; once you’re ready, let them know, and you’ll get a scene with you exchanging gifts.
Summer
Moonlight Ball: Summer 20
Time: 8 PM
Location: The Gardens of Town Hall

The Moonlight Ball pays homage to the Summer Solstice and celebrates the Summer season. The festival represents love and unity, with attendees dressing in their finest attire.
During the celebration, the Moon Goddess awards the Moonlight Crowns to the pair voted as the best-dressed couple.
Fall
Mastersoup Competition: Fall 5

The Mastersoup event is an annual cooking competition hosted by Mina on Fall 5. During the event, players compete in a cooking contest judged by cheekens.
The Master Soup competition tests the player’s memory and cooking skills. Compete against three other contestants in three elimination rounds. Before each round, players must remember the ingredients required to prepare the requested dish and then recreate it correctly.
The competition consists of four contestants competing over three courses. At the end of each round, one contestant is eliminated until a single winner remains. If you cook the dish wrong three times in a row, you’ll be eliminated, and the event will end.
If the player wins the competition, Evan presents them with the Master Soup Trophy. This item does not have any special use other than being placed in your farm as a means to show off your achievements. You get one Mastersoup Trophy every time you win an event.

Evernight Festival: Fall 26-28

The Evernight Festival is a three-day seasonal festival held every year from the 26th to 28th of Fall. This is Moonlight Peaks’ take on Halloween and is hosted by Pumpkin Head. The festival features decorating competitions, minigames, seasonal foods, exclusive furniture, and an Evernight shop.
Earn Evernight Coins by participating in festival activities and spend it at the Evernight Shop.

Throughout the festival, the witches help decorate Moonlight Peaks, and players can collect candy from bowls placed around town. Each bucket contains a random amount of candies and, occasionally, Evernight Coins.
Evernight Vampsters
There are two event-exclusive Vampsters that only show up during the Evernight Festival. One is under the tree west of the Coffee and Coffins shop, behind the pumpkin decoration, and the other is in the southeastern corner of the patio outside The Broken Lamp.
If you miss the chance to return these Vampsters to their den, you’ll have to wait at least a year to get the opportunity again.
Twilight Showcase

Location: On the pier north of Death’s Shack
First Place Reward: Evernight Coins x100
Hosted by Luna, players choose up to six crops to display at the pier. And on the final night of Evernight (28), Luna will compare your submissions to what the other residents submitted, and the one she likes best will win the final award.
Crops with the most value, such as 2-Star Crops and Food or high-value items like Diamonds and Golden Eggs, stand the best chance of winning.
Note: Items submitted to the showcase will not be returned to you at the end of the festival.
Jitterbug

Location: Heart Pier (Between Alvira and Samael’s House)
Hosted by Elvira, Jitterbug is a match-three puzzle game where players match critters horizontally or vertically. The rules are simple: you move the critters around to match 3 or more of the same kind of bug in a straight line. Every time you do so successfully, the bugs explode, and new bugs appear at the top of the board to replace them.
The more bugs you explode, the higher your score gets. Better scores reward more Evernight Coins. Every 10 points equals 1 Evernight Coin. e.g., if you scored 60, you’ll get 6 Evernight Coins.
Evernight Fashion Show

Location: Third Eye Threads (27th)
Hosted by Aras, the Evernight Fashion Show is held on the second night of Evernight. Here, Aras will request that you choose the makeup, clothes, and accessories for three models. How you choose to design the outfits doesn’t matter. Regardless of how the models are dressed, everyone will applaud, and the event will be a success.
Pumpkin Dash

Location: Peaksview Park
Hosted by Pumpkin Head, players must cross a field while Pumpkin Head has his back turned. If Pumpkin Head turns around and catches the player moving, they are sent back to the start.
There is no limit to how many times you can play Pumpkin Dash, and each win rewards you with the same amount of Evernight Coins. This is the main way you can earn Evernight Coins in the Evernight Festival, and since time doesn’t pass during the race, you can earn as many Evernight Coins as you need to clear out the Evernight Shop without worrying.

Winter
Winterwake: Winter 28

Winterwake is a winter festival hosted by Fiona that celebrates the turning of the seasons. The festival focuses on companionship, generosity, and sharing a feast with the people of Moonlight Peaks.
Winterwake Buffet

Location: Next to Coffee and Coffins
The townspeople each bring a dish to share at the annual Winterwake Buffet. Give a food item to Mina to be added to the buffet. It doesn’t matter what food you donate, and no rewards or cutscene happens with this event.
Pakkeleg Gift Exchange

Location: Next to Webb of Wonders
To participate in the Pakkeleg Gift Exchange, talk to Mr Deyes. This event is a gift-stealing mini-game that’s determined by the roll of the dice. First, contribute a gift, and you’ll be seated at a table with three other participants. Take turns rolling dice to exchange presents.
Stage 1
- Roll a 5 or 6 to claim a present from the central pile.
- If you roll 1, 2, 3 or 4, your turn gets skipped
Stage 2 – After all gifts are distributed, the game enters the next phase
- Roll a 1 or 2 to pass your present to the player on your left.
- Roll a 5 or 6 to steal a present from another player.
- Roll a 3 or 4, and nothing happens
After four rounds of stealing, the gift you’re left holding on to becomes yours.
Fireworks Display

Between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a fireworks display takes place to conclude the Winterwake festivities.
To participate, all you have to do is wait for the clock to hit 9 PM while standing inside the town. At exactly 9 PM, Fiona will say that the Fireworks Display is about to kick off, asking if you want to experience it. If you say yes, a cutscene will play out immediately, but if you say no, this cutscene will be skipped.
